Southeast of Gran Canaria, Southeast, West, Northeast and East of Fuerteventura (including Lobos), South, Southwest, West and North of Lanzarote, and Chinijo archipelago (Graciosa, Montaña Clara and Alegranza).

Rock-dwelling species that lives in the intertidal zone of the underground lakes of Jameos del Agua and on beaches. (Vice-Ministry of the Environment, 2004)
