Northeast of La Palma.
It is located in the monteverde, on humid and shady rocks. (Beltrán et al., 1999)
The form of growth of the species prevents a count in the field. In the subpopulation of Barranco de Los Tilos, only 38 m2 have been recorded in which the species is present and the average coverage is 15%. (Vice-Ministry of the Environment, 2007)
