Northeast and East Coast of La Palma, Northwest, North, Northeast and East of La Gomera, practically the entire coast of Tenerife (except Southwest and Northeast) and West, Northwest and North of Gran Canaria.

Habitat

It lives on stable rocky substrates in the lower intertidal and sublittoral zone and always on stretches of coastline exposed to strong waves on the northern slope of the islands. (Bouza, 2002)
