Northwest of Tenerife.

Origin

Habitat

It inhabits the cracks of ancient basaltic rocks (Gómez et al., 1996)

Population data

In the census conducted in 2006, 284 individuals were counted. It is likely that the population size is greater because there are references of at least two new nuclei that have not been prospected. (Vice-Ministry of the Environment, 2009)
