Northwest, Center and East of La Palma.
Companion of bushes linked to the pine forest. More rare in sunny environments of laurisilva (Gómez et al., 1996)
In the census conducted in 2007, 2,446 individuals were counted, of which 2001 were adults and 445 were juveniles. (Vice-Ministry of the Environment, 2007)
