South, Center and North of Fuerteventura, and West and North of Lanzarote.

Origin

Habitat

It grows in vertical cliffs, inaccessible, which constitute a refuge for goats and rabbits, very rare in lava flows, between 80 and 650 m. (Reyes-Betancort & Santos, 2010)

Population data

In the census conducted in 2011, 8 specimens were found in Lanzarote and 5 in Fuerteventura, all adults. (Vice-Ministry of the Environment, 2011)
