Habitat

In rocky environments, preferably on very steep slopes, it is probably relegated to these environments as a result of pastoral pressure (Reyes et al., 2000)

Population data

In the census conducted in 2006, 144 specimens were counted, of which 69 were adults and 75 were juveniles. (Vice-Ministry of the Environment, 2009)
