Habitat

It is part of thickets linked to cardonal and humid tabaibals, or of thickets associated with the degradation of junipers and other thermophilic forests (Gómez et al., 1996)

Population data

In the census carried out in 2009, 607 were counted, of which 570 were adults and 37 were juveniles. It was not carried out in all the localities mentioned for the species. (Vice-Ministry of the Environment, 2009)
