Canary endemic
West of Gran Canaria.
It develops on small platforms of cliffs with steep slopes, although there are often specimens growing on the margins of the road. (Beltrán et al., 1999)
In the census conducted in 2008, 3,511 copies were counted, of which 3,281 were adults and 230 were juveniles. (Vice-Ministry of the Environment, 2010)
