Canary endemic
South of Fuerteventura.
It grows in cliffs, piederriscos and coastal zone, in the territory of tabaibal-cardonal, although it ascends towards the most humid part of the cliffs in the area of thermophilic forests. (Gómez et al., 1996)
In the census conducted in 2009, the population was estimated at 400. (Vice-Ministry of the Environment, 2009)
