Habitat

Present in grasslands of sunny and somewhat altered places, within the area of the monteverde and more rarely of the pine forest. (Gómez et al., 1996)

Population data

There are partial data on the number of troops from some locations: Los Sauces (a hundred plants); San Antonio del Monte (50 floors); Don Pedro (a hundred copies); Barranco de la Magdalena (a small group of plants). (Vice-Ministry of the Environment, 2009)
