West and Southwest of Tenerife.
All the known populations are, to a greater or lesser degree, associated with cliffs of great vertical development (up to about 400 meters high), being able to inhabit at sea level in washouts coming from these cliffs, in platforms of the same or other enclaves. next to these. (Pleguezuelos et al., 2002)
In the census conducted in 2011, the population was estimated between 116 and 163 individuals. (Vice-Ministry of the Environment, 2011)
