Origin

Habitat

It inhabits fundamentally in environments where there is a thin film of water that runs on rocky substrates, and more rarely on edges of puddles and deep waters. It adapts relatively well to semiartificial environments (dams, walls and damp walls). Live in medium and high levels, preferably in shady and humid places. (Vice-Ministry of the Environment, 2009)
