West of Gran Canaria.
It is located in an area of coastal dunes on the west side of the island, with sub-shrub vegetation reaching the piedmont area where the tabaibal begins, between 25 and 150 msm (Vice-Ministry of the Environment, 2009)
In the census carried out in 2002, the population is estimated at 33 individuals / 400 m2. (Vice-Ministry of the Environment, 2009)
