Canary endemic
Southwest, South and Southeast of La Gomera.
All the specimens observed are located on cliff platforms cliffs, practically inaccessible, in areas typical of thermophilic forests. (Beltrán et al., 1999)
In the census conducted in 2012, 30 specimens were counted, of which 21 are natural and 9 are reinforcement. The Rumbazo locality is considered extinct. (TRAGSATEC, 2012)
