Canary endemic
Northwest of Tenerife.
It develops in coastal areas typical of the ababa tabaibal. (Beltrán et al., 1999)
In the census conducted in 2011, 338 adults were counted. No juveniles were detected due to the difficulties of access to the population. (Vice-Ministry of the Environment, 2011)
