Canary endemic
Northwest, North, Northeast and South of La Gomera.
It is part of the shrub flora that we find linked to the thermophilic forest (Gómez et al., 1996)
In the census conducted in 2014, 192 copies were counted, of which 186 were adults and 6 were virginal. The subpopulation of Riscos de Las Zulas was not located. (Vice-Ministry of the Environment, 2014)
