Origin

Habitat

It has a preference for hillside platforms or colluviums with sufficient soil, rarely appearing in cracks or walls. In general, they are associated with the transition between the pine forest and the monteverde or the pine forest and the thermophilic forest. (Gómez et al., 1996)

Population data

In the census conducted in 2014, 1,403 were counted, of which 1,150 were adults and 242 were juveniles. (Vceconsejería de Medio Ambiente, 2014)
