Origin

Habitat

In Gran Canaria and Fuerteventura it appears in sands and limestone rocks of the coast. In Tenerife on sandy substrate or pyroclastics mixed with sands and clays in the domain of the sweet tabaibal. (Vice-Ministry of the Environment, 2009)
