Canary endemic
Center of El Hierro.
Present in platforms and small shelves of sectors cliffs on the 1,200 msm, oriented to the north and northeast, in clearings present in areas of the fayal of altitude (Bañares et al., 2009)
In the census conducted in 2014, 52 specimens were counted, of which 12 were adults, 25 were virginal and 15 were juveniles. (Vice-Ministry of the Environment, 2014)
